Orders from our distribution center in San Diego, CA will be delivered via various delivery carriers such as UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL, depending upon weight and choice of delivery speed.
- Do you ship around the world?

- Do you have FREE shipping?
Yes! We have FREE shipping regardless the size of your package within the US. All international orders costing $60+ also gets free shipping.
- How does international orders’ customs work?
We are not liable for any custom charges once the things have dispatched. By buying our items, you agree that the orders shipped to you may get customs charges when they show up to your country, and the buyer is esponsible for necessary customs paperwork and fees if required by your country. If you choose not to pick up your order from customs, you cannot request for a return or refund of the purchase.

Delivery time changes by area. Your order, if in stock, is packaged within maximum 2 days. Then shipped immediately. If within the US, your package should arrive approximately within 5-10 days. If any delays occur beyond that, our shipment staff will update you about exact delivery timeline. If your package is shipped internationally, it could take up to 15-25 days depending upon the country of shipment and customs specific to the country. System will provide shipment tracking and delivery estimate upon completion of the purchase.
- What does pre-order mean? Is the delivery guaranteed by the time mentioned on the checkout, if I pre-order and pay for it up front? Why do you have pre-order system?
KD Endurance is a small women owned activewear company established by women runners. During our research and development (R&D) phases of each product, we will be regularly adding pre-order items to our shop. To prevent excess inventory and increase our community give back donation percentage, we initially prefer limited mass ordering and increase pre-orders.
Pre-order system allows us to evaluate the type of quality products you active sport enthusiasts demand more. Once R&D stage is over, the items will be in our regular item category.
- Do you give discounts for pre-orders?
All pre-order items have automatic 15% sale discount calculated at the checkout. Once an item becomes a regular mass order product in our collections, it will be a regular priced item.
- What type of payments do you accept?
VISA, Master, AMEX, Discovery Apple Pay, Google Pay, JCB Paypal, Stripe and all supported Shopify Payment Methods.
- How long does it take pre-order process?
Select pre-order items are specifically marked on our shop. Each item will have varying delivery timeline. Typically all our research and development product items are manufactured within 20 days after the pre-order date; and will be delivered to you within 5 days upon manufacturing. In short, if you pre-order an item, you should expect to receive it within maximum 30 days in your inbox, or even sooner. If not, you will be fully refunded.
- How does COVID-19 impacts deliveries?
Shipping process is significantly delayed due to COVID-19. That is beyond our control and we strive to update you regularly about the shipping status of your items, if in fact major delays are expected.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing; both for within the US and international shipments)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
